I called Colorado PC Dr and they where able to get my Laptop up and going within a day. If it were not for them I would have had to buy a new computer. I highly recommend this company. I also wanted to add , I didnt even have to leave the compfort of my own home they came to me and picked up my PC and dropped it off when complete.
